Cheesy Mashed Potatoes
You can never go wrong with a classic like mashed potatoes. But, when you add cheese and heavy cream, they take this classic to a whole new flavor level. So, let’s not delay this any longer and jump on into this simple yet delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
6 medium golden potatoes (peeled and cubed)
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cup cheese (I used a mix of white cheddar, gruyere and asiago cheese)
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 stick salted butter
salt
pepper
Tools:

How to Prepare:
In a large pot, add in the potatoes, cover with water and stir in the chicken bouillon.
Bring pot to a rolling boil and cook potatoes for 10-15 minutes, until they are fork tender, then strain.
Next, slowly mix in butter, 1 tbsp at a time, along with the heavy whipping cream. Use a potato masher, or fork, to incorporate and begin to smash the potatoes.
Now, mix in the garlic.
Lastly, fold in the cheese and add salt and pepper to taste.
Ta-da! Cheesy, creamy, dreamy potatoes.
